Oh my gosh. Working on City of Ashes. I'm at the part where Imogen Herondale dies and I wanted to find out if Imogen was actually dead. I see her full name and I know I recognize it from somewhere else, but I can't place my finger on it. I scroll down, skimming and then get this idea that Jace is Imogen's son. It was random and was my best guess as I didn't know her age. I start reading and flicking through the article and find out that she recognized his birthmark. The one that all of the Herondale men have. Jace doesn't find out he's not Valentine's son until later in the series. Interesting. Wonder how he finds out he's a Herondale and not a Wayland/ Morgenstern.
