Trini Castel is a Shadowhunter from the Barcelona Institute.
Biography[]
At some point, Trini befriended Carmen Rosales Delgado and has known her daughter, Cristina Rosales, since she was just a small girl.
In 2012, she attended the emergency meeting for Council members called by Horace Dearborn in the aftermath of Annabel Blackthorn's chaos, that resulted in the Inquisitor Robert Lightwood's death. Trini showed her concern about the restoration of the Mortal Sword and though she was skeptical of Horace's ideas about incarcerating Downworlders at first, she came around and was even the one who nominated him for the position of the new Inquisitor.
Shortly after, in another meeting held to discuss the Downworld Registry, she was inspired by Diana Wrayburn's speech and changed her mind, agreeing that no one's rights should be restricted so lightly.[1]

Trini is a deep believer in the Angel and his power. She has a light, accented voice.[1]
