This unnamed demon is an Eidolon and is a sibling of Sabnock of Thule.

History[]

In 2012, this demon was in the custody of the Unseelie Prince Oban. It was on display at a revel, hanging from a tree while in its true form.

Some time after, it was given a vial of Ash Morgenstern's blood and was given to Horace Dearborn, apparently as a gift as part of their alliance with the Cohort. Meanwhile, it was driven by the knowledge that it was going up against Julian Blackthorn who played a part in Sabnock's recent death.

The demon took the form of Annabel Blackthorn, and later Oskar Lindquist, a Shadowhunter that they'd killed so it can take its place at a war council meeting at the Los Angeles Institute. With Ash's Shadowhunter blood around his neck, the demon was able to enter the Institute's Sanctuary. It later relayed the details of the meeting to the Dearborns and Manuel Villalobos, unaware that they'd been fed incomplete information intentionally, with Julian having anticipated a spy among the attendees.

At the Cohort's parley held the day after, it showed itself to Julian, initially in the form of Annabel, throwing the boy off guard. Julian tried to stab it, but when his blade came back with ichor, and when he noticed that it had red eyes instead of Annabel's blue, Julian realized that it was a demon. He tried to kill it with a seraph blade, to no avail, likely due to Ash's blood still around its neck. A kelpieJarog the Enraged—intervened to save Julian, and later, the demon was crushed by Emma Carstairs while in her True Nephilim form.[1]
