This rogue warlock of Buenos Aires is the warlock who performed experiments on the werewolf women of the Buenos Aires Shadow Market with the help of Clive Breakspear.
Biography[]
At some point, the warlock became intrigued by the idea of a warlock created from a Downworlder, despite the belief that this was impossible. Knowing that warlocks and vampires were infertile and faeries had difficulty procreating, he decided that werewolf women were the perfect candidate for such experiments.
In 2012, he began kidnapping the werewolf women of the Buenos Aires Shadow Market and kept the women in cages at his home where he would summon demons to try to impregnate them. Several of these women died from these attempts but that did not discourage him from continuing his work. He instead enlisted the help of the local Institute head Clive Breakspear and his mercenary Shadowhunters to keep up his supply of werewolves for monetary compensation.
His operation was eventually shut down and he was arrested by Alec Lightwood. He was then sent to Alicante to stand trial for his crimes by the Clave.[1]
Physical description[]
His appearance is that of a business man in his early thirties with short blond hair. His warlock mark is his forked tongue.[1]
