This unnamed ghost is a ghost in London from the Regency era.
Biography[]
In 1903, this ghost appeared in the London Institute's courtyard to Lucie Herondale. He sought her out after having heard that she could command and help the dead. Lucie initially dismissed him, but he called after her that he knew where the ghost of Filomena di Angelo was. When Lucie asked where she was, the Regency ghost said he would tell her in exchange for her help. He asked Lucie to use her power to command him to forget that he had killed his own brother. He explained that the memory of his brother haunted him and though he would not be able to move on, he would no longer be tortured by the memory. Lucie agreed and he told her she could find Filomena at an old factory in Limehouse.[1]
