Niloufar is the aunt of Sona Carstairs.
Biography[]
After the birth of Zachary Carstairs, Niloufar was one of Sona's relatives who came to visit the family for an extended stay. While there, she attended Lucie Herondale and Cordelia Carstairs's parabatai ceremony, held in the Silent City in April 1904.[1]
Personality[]
Niloufar is a strong-willed and outspoken individual, based on her consistent scolding of Alastair Carstairs.
Etymology[]
The name Niloufar (نیلوفر) is of Persian origin, meaning "water lily".[2]
