Mr. Larkspear is a Shadowhunter from Atlanta and is the father of Dane and Samantha Larkspear.
Biography[]
At some point in his life, Mr. Larkspear married Elena Larkspear and had two children with her: the twins Dane and Samantha.
In 2012, he and his wife attended a Council meeting, called by the new Inquisitor Horace Dearborn, where they first heard of their son's death in Faerie. Elena was devastated at the sight of her son's butchered corpse; despite his shock and horror, Mr. Larkspear held his wife in his arms and dragged her from the room to console her elsewhere. They left just before their daughter, driven mad due to an incident in the Hollow Place, was brought into the Council Hall. Samantha was interned in the Basilias, where she then committed suicide.
Later, while his wife attended the council meeting after the Cohort's parley, demanding reparations and justice for their children, Mr. Larkspear was nowhere to be seen.[1]
