Morena Pedroso is a Shadowhunter and the head of the Rio de Janeiro Institute.

Biography

At some point before 2012, Morena dealt with the Los Angeles Institute and was considered an ally by Julian Blackthorn, which is why, when the Cohort began taking control of the Clave, she was one of the Shadowhunters invited to the war council against them. She attended the meeting with her daughter, Thais.
