Hi. So I see that you've been changing the status of the TFSA stories on the compiled page after every release so far (from "is set for release on" to "released on"). Appreciated, but next time, please make sure that you change the "is being co-written" part to "was co-written" too (and also, please do that now for the Fiery Trial bit). Thanks.
Hey, would you possibly be interested in becoming a rollback on this wiki (with a possibility of being promoted to admin in the near future)? Do you think you could could still be up to it, even as you're managing the Hungarian wiki? For now, you could still just serve as something like a member of a non-formal edit-response team, where you'd help the rest of us fix wrong edits, and of course help instantly update the wiki with new info (which you already do a lot here anyways).
Quick q, do most of your article content on the hu wiki come from this wiki, translated and fixed? It's not a problem, I'd just like to know. And if so, would you mind crediting the wiki on your main page, kind of like what Kamila has done on the Russian wiki?
Hiya Adine. We have a few rules about who we consider dead on this wiki. Basically they will only be stated as Deceased IF their deaths are explicitly stated within the books (not counting the family tree). The info can otherwise be placed under the Trivia section. It applies to both infobox, mainspace info, and categories. You can read more about it in the links I gave you above.
Okay. I read it. And sorry. :( Anyway I added them, because Deceased characters category appear on Lydia Kingsmill's and Catia Monteverde's site, too. So I want to make them similar. I just write this, because this is mistakes, too? Doesn't it?
Okay, um, I'm not sure if I've told you this before (but I'm sure I've said it somewhere else on the wiki) but I'll say it again: it's really not necessary to crop the pictures from the flower card, especially if the image is okay as it is, for infobox use. :)
Hi! Thank you for your recent contributions; we appreciate the help!
While we practice "good faith" here, where we assume that your edits are mostly good-natured, several admins and even other users still routinely check, and some literally "patrol", page edits to quickly revert vandalism. With this in mind, it would be greatly appreciated if you could refrain from making consecutive minor edits on pages, which tend to crowd our Patrol list. "Minor edits" that are quite a hassle to "patrol" are:
consecutive small edits or constant follow-ups on one page
a chain of similar edits to a set of pages
changing links of newly-renamed pages; we have bots for that ;)
adding a new/old category to a mass of pages
for new categories, this depends; there should usually be a consensus for new categories before they can be added to pages
for old categories, some new users tend to add pages to wrong categories; if this was the case for you, you might want to check out the categorization guide
To help with this, it would be advisable to ensure that you know your intention before you edit, and that you are done before saving/publishing (it helps to click Preview), or make constructive edits (expansion, or any other necessary fixes) along with your original intended minor edit/s.
However, we do also understand that some small things can slip your mind, and that sometimes we'd have to go back to correct or add something. It happens to us occasionally, too! Just thought to let you know that it would be best to keep all your edits in one edit. Thanks for your time, and have a good day!
P.S. I forgot that I had already sent you a warning about this, but thought I'd keep the message here as a reminder. In this case, it is your continued addition of the † symbol on character infoboxes with not much else. :)
=) When there's a family page for their immediate family, it can be placed in the infobox. See the Sample Character Article if you haven't yet.
However, I would like to advise you to maybe refrain from making consecutive minor edits, either a) consecutive follow-up edits on one page, or b) a chain of similar edits to a set of pages. (I would post an example of a time when your minor edits have sort of crowded the patrol page via screenshot, but the date has long past in the RecentChanges page.) Basically, when you intend on editing, try to make sure that you're done before saving/publishing.
.. So with that in mind, don't put back the family pages when that will be your only edit. We (admins/patrollers/rollbacks) can take care of fixing mistakes. But it won't be trouble if you add/fix those, along with some expansion or other edits to a page.
Heya! =) Just in case you don't feel offended, I deleted your upload as it rewrites an entirely different image. If a image name with which you upload already exists, please don't overwrite the exist image, unless your uploading a better version of it. =)
Hai there! I noticed that some of your edits were good, so I was wondering if your interested to join this team, where I will be giving you instructions and make wiki edits/style making sure your potential is maximum exhibited..... so WIP project will go along as you learn and edit... Please refer this Forum post for information if your interested... I would be glad to work with you and don't think this is a random post, only selected editors are invited! =)
