Lieu Julong is the husband of the head of the Hangzhou Institute and a Cohort sympathizer.
Biography[]
Lieu Julong is well known among the Shadowhunters of China as a sympathizer to the Cohort and its cause. His family is also known to want to see the Ke family fall. As such, they are on the look out for any opportunity to ruin the Ke's reputation in order to take the Shanghai Institute for themselves.
When Shinyun Jung was threatening Ke Yi Tian, she mentioned telling Julong specifically of Tian's relationship to Jinfeng. It is because of Julong's mention that Tian agreed to help her.[1]
