Lady Delilah was a vampire and member of the London vampire clan in the Victorian era.
History[]
At some point, Lady Delilah was Turned and joined the London vampire clan.
In 1878, Lady Delilah attended one of Alexei de Quincey's famous parties. She was seen by Tessa Gray—disguised as Camille Belcourt—cutting a human subjugate's neck and collecting the blood in a glass to drink.
At the ceremony that night, she was particularly excited by the idea of killing a mundane, eager in her calls for his death. However the ceremony was interrupted by Will Herondale using an object that caused the room to light on fire. A stray spark landed in Lady Delilah's powdered wig. As she tried to get the blazing wig off, her arms caught fire and she went up like kindling. She tried to race out but the fire consumed her.[1]

Tessa Gray described Lady Delilah as being a tall skeleton-like woman with an extremely pale face.[1]
