The Jade Wolf restaurant is the glamoured form of the New York werewolf pack's headquarters. An old, abandoned police station, the Second Precinct building of the NYPD in Chinatown, it appears like a takeout-only restaurant that serves Chinese cuisine. While it is only a cover for mundane eyes, the werewolves who reside here occasionally take calls and actually deliver Chinese food orders to customers.[2]
Trivia[]
- Projections did not work here until 2010, when the presence of a faerie-ring was discovered under the station and removed.[1]
- Interestingly, neither adaptation of the New York pack's headquarters was the same as the books. In the film adaptation, the werewolves gather and work at a place called Ed's Garage. While in the TV adaptation, the Jade Wolf is an actual restaurant located on the remote docks of Red Hook and instead of it being a defunct police station, there are undercover werewolves stationed as detectives at the local police department.
