Hetty is a vampire in New York who is a member of the Manhattan clan.
Biography[]
In 2012, Hetty had a mundane over the Hotel Dumort waiting for her under the stairs when Alec Lightwood showed up looking for Lily Chen. She apparently had him sign a consent form first, saying he was there voluntarily, to make sure the Clave (meaning Alec) would not get stern with her and "look at her those disappointing blue eyes." When the man explained all this to Alec, Alec sighed saying he told them they didn't have to do that. Hetty then appeared, told him to stop bothering Alec and dived, giggling, under the stairs to feed off him.[1]
