Hauras demons, also called scamp demons, are small, fast, and pest-like troll demons.

Hauras demons are scaled, horned, and have dangerous talons. They are gray-skinned, ugly, and ridiculous looking demons about the size of a small wolf.
History[]
In 1903, Lilith sent these demons and a Naga demon to attack Matthew Fairchild, Cordelia Carstairs, James Herondale, Christopher Lightwood and Lucie Herondale, to show Cordelia what a paladin could do. The group of demons were more interested in being a nuisance and throwing snowballs at each other than fighting at first, but once the Shadowhunters began fighting, they did too. While fighting with Cortana, Cordelia felt a sudden burst of power. The Hauras demons recognized her ability and retreated, asking her to apologize to her master for them.[1]
