Giuliana is, according to Magnus, a "lovely young lady" whom Magnus and Ragnor met in Peru.
History[]
In Arequipa, Magnus introduced her to Ragnor. It was only through Giuliana that Magnus was able to convince Ragnor to leave the city, as Ragnor quite trusted her more than Magnus and his antics. Giuliana served as their guide in the rain forest in Manu, promising to lead them to the ayahuasca. While in the rain forest, Giuliana thought Magnus had seemingly gone mad because of his normally strange behavior. Giuliana had also told them to relax when approached by monkeys, so when Magnus, relaying his story to her in Spanish, was chased by a howler monkey for not following her advice, Giuliana chastised him.[1]
