Robert Sheehan is an Irish actor. He portrayed Simon Lewis in the The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones.
He is best known for his roles as Nathan Young in Misfits, Darren in Love/Hate, Luke in Cherrybomb and Klaus Hargreeves in The Umbrella Academy (TV series).

Robert's casting, which was confirmed shortly after he had a screen test with Jamie Campbell Bower (playing Jace Wayland) and Lily Collins (Clary Fray), was confirmed by Cassandra Clare on Tumblr.[1] For the tests, he read two scenes with Lily and two with both Jamie and Lily (specifically the first time he met Jace, and the scene where Simon caught Jace and Clary kissing in the hallway).[2]
He was among the cast members who were signed on for the potential sequels of the planned trilogy.[3]
