“ | You have made me so proud, my child, my eldest curse. Nothing pleases me more than to lift my worthy son up to a high place, and lay all the kingdoms of the world before him. | ” |
The eldest curses refer to the oldest of the rare surviving warlock offspring of the Princes of Hell.[1][2] With nine Princes, there can also only be nine eldest curses at a time.[2]
Description[]
Many of the Hell's Princes' children are said to perish, burning "into ash and void, unable to bear what they are." Because of this, the few that survive are cherished by their demon parents who believe them to be meant for greatness and as the demonic counterpart to the Nephilim, who in turn are the children of angels. Tales call them "the greatest curses of the world."[1]
