Edgar Graymark was the head of the New York Institute in the 1920s, who apparently had a long history with the High Warlock of Brooklyn, Magnus Bane.[1]
History
Edgar ran the New York Institute, where he had a housekeeper named Edith. He ignored Magnus Bane's warning about the stock market's impending crash, which he had heard from Aldous Nix and Dolly. During Aldous' Portal ritual to the Void at the Dumont, Edgar led the New York Conclave to fight the Behemoths that spawned from the chaos.
