Anne Lambelet is a freelance concept artist.
Anne began working with Cassandra Clare for the covers of the Eldest Curses in 2018. So far she has illustrated the covers of The Red Scrolls of Magic and The Lost Book of the White.
Anne was initially the one who would illustrate all the covers for the series.[1] However, by the time The Lost Book of the White and the paperback for The Red Scrolls of Magic were to be released, the publisher decided to switch the covers to being designed by Cliff Nielsen to match the other series.[2][3] Her alternate cover for The Lost Book of the White is included as a reverse book-sleeve on first editions to match hard covers of The Red Scrolls of Magic. Though Nielsen is expected to do the cover for the third installment, it is unknown at this time if her cover for it will still be released as well.
